Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Production team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks involved in the production process, including assembling products, fabricating components, and ensuring quality standards are met. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line to fabricate and assemble products.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, and joining materials.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet specifications before packaging.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist in the training of new employees on production techniques and safety measures.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and report any issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or factory setting is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge is essential for operating various types of machinery effectively.
• Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus, though training may be provided.
• Ability to work with hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within a diverse workforce.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and schedules.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
