The Superior Group is looking for a self-motivated and highly organized Construction Project Administrator to support our construction projects. The Construction Project Administrator is responsible for managing project files, supporting the onboarding of new hires, handling payment applications, and assisting with general administrative duties. This role is based on a jobsite in Columbus, Ohio, and will be a key member of TSG’s Project Operations team.

This role is based on a jobsite in Columbus, Ohio, and will be a key member of TSG’s Project Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously collaborate with team members to help keep our jobsite moving forward
- Support with onboarding of new Field Operations team membersMaintain time-keeping data-entry for Field Operations payroll
- Maintain project files and payment applications
- Prepare and track construction Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Manage Contract documents
- Write reports and provide general administrative duties
- You’re exceptionally organized and have a strong attention to detail
- You’re able to exercise confidentiality and discretion at all times when dealing with sensitive data and information
- You have a get-it-done mentality and are ready to support with whatever is needed
- You’re efficient and know how to prioritize
- Required: You have at least 2 years of experience in an executive support or event coordination role
- Required: High School diploma
- Required: You are proficient with Microsoft Office
- Bonus points: You have experience with Google Workspace
