Position Summary
Source is in the commercial office furniture, equipment, and office supply industry is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join their team in Laramie, Wyoming. Your primary responsibility will involve building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, from mid-sized enterprises to large corporations. This is a hunter role where you will spend approximately 60% of your time engaging prospective clients, following up on warm leads, and presenting tailored solutions via presentation or site visit. To be successful in this role, you should be a competitive go-getter with a big payday mentality. Note: This role will allow for hybrid work options after the successful completion of training (30-90 days).
Position Expectations
• Manage day-to-day sales activities
• Establish and develop relationships with new business prospects
• Maintain customer database
• Develop and maintain organized files
• Complete outbound cold calls
• Drive progress towards successful sales
• Develop customer proposals and quotes
• Negotiate and close sales
• Upsell to current customers and ensure loyalty
Qualifications
Education, Certifications and /or Licenses:
- 4-year college degree or equivalent is required.
Experience:
- 2 years of previous outside sales, account management, and relationship-building experience, business to business sales is a plus.
- Experience in office supply products is strongly preferred, but not required.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership and responsiveness.
- Tenacity to complete tasks within a timely manner.
- Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs required.
- Excellent presentation, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Able work independently and/or collaboratively within a team – willing to roll up your sleeves and help the team get work done.
- Manage and organize time to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Lives and leads by TSR’s values and serves as an example of the best we want to see in our team.
- Able to interact professionally with customers, vendor partners, and fellow employees.

Valid Drivers license and Reliable Transportation Required

Travel: Up to 50% (Local Only)
Territory: Wyoming (State)
Salary 45k to 50K commission
