Field Service-Copy Technician
Field Service Tech- Copy Tech
The Service Technicians’ primary duties are copier/printer repair, maintenance, and helping the service organization with machine moves, deliveries, and other physical projects when necessary. You will be required to travel for training as well as to cover territories across the state. Service vehicle, laptop, and phone are provided. Competitive wage based on experience. Preference for existing HP or Canon certifications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete necessary manufacturer training by certified instructors, as well as online and in-house training.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose copier/printer/scanner software and hardware issues.
- Manage copier repair and maintenance in your designated territory.
- Assemble copiers in our warehouse.
- Provide exceptional customer service practices.
- Maintain paperwork and inventory on supplies, parts, and machines.
- Utilize websites, tech manuals, handbooks, and databases to service copiers.
- Operate vehicles in a safe manner.
- Follow all company procedures and protocols.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Basic understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite products, in particular Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to learn new software applications quickly and efficiently.
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean MVR.
- English literacy.
- Must be willing to travel for work and training.
- Able to lift at least 50lbs.
Schedule:
Full-time Position
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Must be Local to Denver, CO: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: On the road
Pay Range: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour ( Based on experience)
