The Supported Living Group is seeking a Part-Time Woodshop Job Coach to support individuals in our Avon woodworking program. This role is perfect for someone with experience in shop supervision, mentoring, and problem-solving who is passionate about helping others develop their woodworking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on guidance and instruction in a woodworking setting
• Support individuals in developing practical skills and workplace confidence
• Ensure a safe and productive shop environment
• Assist with problem-solving and adapting tasks to meet individual needs
• Foster independence while providing encouragement and mentorship
  
  

Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Experience in woodshop supervision or a related trade
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills
• Problem-solving abilities in a hands-on work environment
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities and a commitment to inclusive support
• A patient, positive, and safety-conscious approach
