ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage manpower resources
Lead the design of initiatives to establish a culture of collaboration within the Centre
Review Centre's manpower plansEstablish strategies to engender a culture of mentoring, coaching and capability development within the CentreDrive capability development and coaching initiatives within the CentreManage Centre operationsLead the development of improvements on systems, processes and operations
Review the coherence of Centre’s initiatives, systems and processesDevelop preventive and pre-emptive strategies for challenges faced by team leaders within the CentreManage the budget for day-to-day operations in the CentreDrive programmes and service excellence initiativesLead Centre to develop Centre strategic priorities, culture and governance
Establish plans and structures to engender a culture of continuous learning within the CentreDrive buy-in on vision, mission and values within the CentreDrive initiative and enterprise within the CentrePlan and implement curriculum and programmesDrive the design of quality teaching and learning approaches beyond the Centre level

Degree in Early Childhood Education & Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership and Training (DPE-L / T) or equivalent recognised by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA)Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in managing Pre-school CentresMinimum 1 year of teaching experienceSupervisory experience with good communication and customer service skillsComputer literateJ-18808-Ljbffr
