OPEN CALL : Be part of Chef Thomas Keller’s Surfside destination, The Surf Club Restaurant : no w hiring Chef de Partie and Commis Chef .
Qualified candidates will possess previous kitchen experience in a fine dining, chef-driven environment.
When : from Tuesday to Saturday during the month of January, 2025 - from 12 : 00 noon to 2 : 00 pm.
Where : The Surf Club Restaurant, 9011 Collins Ave Surfside, FL 33154
RESUME DROP-OFF LOGISTICS : Please arrive by the hotel lobby, find The Surf Club Restaurant Host Stand and ask for Chef Cornelia or Chef Daniel. We look forward to meeting you soon!
PARKING : Garage is located at 263 Indian Creek Island Rd. Click the intercom and let them know you are coming to The Surf Club Restaurant for an Open Call. Please be aware that the gate opens in the direction of your car, so please avoid driving too close to the gate. Once you enter, please park your car on the lower level in any available spot marked "TK ". If there are no spots available, you may park on the upper level.
