Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Assist in inventory management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
Skills
- Proven experience in the food service industry, particularly in fine dining environments.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation.
