The goal of our new hire is to execute the daily reconciliation and audit, to follow safety and standard procedures, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Night Auditor Responsibilities:
- The Night Auditor is responsible for reviewing all guest folios, making any necessary corrections and reporting.
- Oversees front desk operation and functions during the overnight hours in accordance with established procedures.
- Manages the preparation of daily business activity summary reports and distribution.
- Ensure the safety of hotel guests and employees during the overnight hours.
- Handle confidential and guest information with the highest degree of integrity.
- Perform housekeeping duties such as making beds, delivering guest and room amenities, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment including common hotel areas.
- Other duties as assigned.
Night Auditor Requirements:
- Must have housing in the area and reliable transportation.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Ability to work with little supervision at times and maintain a high level of performance.
- Customer-oriented and friendly.
- Prioritization and time management skills.
Compensation:
- $18.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience.
