In response to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Director of Project Management (Solar, BESS & Natural Gas) to lead the development, execution, and successful delivery of multiple large-scale energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end management of solar, battery storage, and natural gas generation projects from development through construction and completion.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the central liaison across internal teams and external stakeholders, including EPCs, contractors, regulators, and clients.
- Budget & Timeline Control: Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget while managing financial and scheduling risks.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Identify and mitigate project risks related to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Contract Oversight: Manage contract negotiations and execution with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Regulatory & Quality Standards: Ensure all projects meet local, state, and federal requirements, as well as company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams and work closely with departments such as legal, finance, and business development to drive project success.
Qualifications
- 7 years of project management experience delivering utility-scale solar, BESS, or natural gas generation projects.
