About the Role :
I am looking for a Senior Paralegal to assist with real estate document preparation, title and survey review, and other critical tasks to support the successful development, construction, and operation of renewable energy projects. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft site control documents, including amendments and assignments, tailored to specific project needs.
- Collaborate with title companies to obtain title reports for early-stage projects.
- Review and organize incoming title commitments, preparing title checklists for development stages.
- Identify and address curative items, drafting necessary documentation such as affidavits and waivers.
- Analyze project surveys and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
- Support late-stage title reviews to mitigate project risks before construction.
- Participate in project meetings to stay informed on development progress.
- Contribute to improving legal team processes and efficiencies through special projects.
