Host and Expo Description :
We are currently seeking an experienced Host and Expo to join our team. In this dual role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. As a Host, you will greet guests, manage reservations, and maintain the waiting area. As an Expo, you will be responsible for coordinating food orders between the kitchen and servers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in food delivery. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in both roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
- Handle reservations and maintain an organized waiting area
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate food orders
- Ensure that food orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly to guests
- Monitor the timing of food orders to maintain an efficient flow of service
- Assist with various tasks to support the overall operation of the restaurant
