Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with press, editors, and influencers throughout the luxury and fashion sectors.
- Continuous improvement of media relations and outreach, identifying new opportunities outside of traditional trade media.
- Develop and lead market-specific PR / Communications campaigns to promote Glashütte Original’s product assortment, brand history, and core values.
- Work cross-functionally with NA Marketing and HQ Communications team to create and implement strategic communications plans, effectively growing brand visibility and awareness, resulting in increased market share.
- Ensure consistent messaging that aligns with the brand’s mission, core values, and vision.
- Develop and maintain relations with stylists, influencers, and VIPs.
- Plan and execute key press events, oversee event-related communications, ensure media attendance and coverage.
- Manage PR product inventory, organize product loans for photoshoots and product reviews, and coordinate with logistics to ensure all product is accounted for and returned in first quality.
- Organize periodic manufactory visits with press.
- Monitor PR / Communications activities and report regularly on campaign metrics, effectiveness, and ROI.
