Procurement SME

The Swift Group is seeking an experienced Procurement SME Level 2 located in Williamsburg, VA.

Key Responsibilities

• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform Level 2 procurement through mean to provide non-attribution of
• Sponsor personnel/facilities, corporate personnel/facilities, vendors, and shipping companies.
• Receive Level 2 procurement of shipped technical devices by non-attributable means.
• Procure and provide non-attributable devices related to operations and training in a compressed timeline, as little as three days, to fit mission needs.
• Assist with full configuration of non-attributable commercial technical devices described in the contract to Sponsor specifications for specific Sponsor tasks.
• Conduct in-depth research of open-source products requested by the Sponsor.
• Maintain detailed Level 2 procurement logs and non-attributed entries to Corporate.
• Provide Level 2 procurement draft logs and information to Sponsor COTR,
• Sponsor leadership and Program Manager upon request. Provide final balanced copies to Program Manager monthly.
• Write and maintain Level 2 procurement standard operating procedure (SOP).
• Book travel, lodging and rental vehicles for contractor supporting operations and training. Install and provide instruction to contractor and Sponsor personnel in network cable component fabrication, routing, and installation.
• Decommission and prepare equipment for destruction.
• Attend mission focused technical equipment training.
• Complete a weekly log of tasks to include build projects, special projects, change requests, delivery and briefing of equipment, and other activities.
• Prepare draft inventory logs for submission to Program Manager.
• Setup classrooms and organize equipment for Sponsor classes.
• Store and maintain devices at the Sponsor's training facility as Sponsor property for utilization.
• Available to conduct unclassified communications with Sponsor or contractors by phone or electronically 24/7 as determined by the COTR.
  
  

Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Polygraph

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00

Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
