Job Description :
The Swift Group is on the hunt for a super organized and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter who's a pro at recruiting and staffing within the Intelligence Community (IC). This recruiter will be a total expert in all things full-life cycle recruiting, especially for polygraph-cleared candidates. They'll be able to work great with the team and also recruit on their own
Responsibilities / Required Experience :
- Have over five years of experience in hiring and recruiting for cleared positions up to the polygraph level, especially in the Northern Virginia area.
- Gain experience in recruiting both technical and non-technical roles like Software Engineers, Data Engineers, DevSecOps, Systems Engineers, System Administrators, Acquisition Professionals, and Intelligence Analysts, among others.
- Collaborate regularly with senior managers within the company.
- Engage in offer negotiations and manage full lifecycle recruitment processes.
- Develop skills in resume writing using various types of templates.
- Participate in subcontractor meetings.
- Utilize ATS / CRM systems effectively.
- Excel in documentation with exceptional attention to detail.
- Explore career fairs and employ creative strategies to reach candidates through diverse recruiting channels.

Pay Range : $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and / or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to : level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
