Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant
Location: The Sylvia Brafman Mental Health Center – Tamarac, FL
Position Overview: The Sylvia Brafman Mental Health Center is seeking an organized and dependable HR Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Human Resources. This role focuses on assisting with onboarding processes and maintaining accurate records for employee development and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist the Director of HR with onboarding tasks, including preparing documentation, scheduling orientations, and coordinating training for new hires.
- Maintain and track employee records, including competency assessments, annual reviews, and training completions.
- Ensure HR files and systems are up-to-date and compliant with applicable regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Director, including scheduling, reporting, and organizing documents.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in HR is preferred; experience in healthcare HR is a plus.
- Familiarity with treatment center HR laws is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
