The Position
Our bank client is seeking to fill a Bank CEO role in the Trenton, NJ market. The successful candidate reports to the Board of Directors and will be responsible for the overall strategic and operational performance of the bank and the achievements of the Bank’s growth and profitability agenda.
The position offers a generous salary of up to $180K plus bonus and a full benefits package.
Chief Executive Officer responsibilities include :
- Implementation and achievement of the current and future strategic direction of the bank and ensure delivery of strategic and operational key performance results across the organization.
- Accountable for developing new business opportunities and sustaining valuable relationships with stakeholders to ensure the bank’s continuous expansion and business growth.
- Providing leadership for the Executive Team to work in partnership across their operational groups, leading and implementing continuous improvements in business processes.
- Meeting regularly with the Board to address material issues and ensure timely provision of necessary information.
- Keeping the financial position of the Bank under review to ensure an appropriate balance of long-term and short-term finance.
- Leading the achievement of customer service standards and ensuring delivery of customer-centric services across the bank.

You also bring the following skills and experience :
- Master’s Degree required.
- Ten or more years of experience in the banking or finance industry.
- Five or more years of experience in senior executive management.
- Strong Bank Operations background.
- Strong Credit Risk Management and Lending background.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills with a focus on securing strategic partnerships and business planning.
