Location: El Dorado, AR
Systems is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable/ Payroll Teammate that is ready to hit the ground running in El Dorado, AR! This person will be responsible for multi-company invoicing and payroll duties in a fast-paced accounting environment. The first half of the week will be focused on payroll processing while the second half of the week will be focused on Accounts Receivable.

Accounts Receivable/ Payroll Teammate Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices for customers
- Analyze billing reports for accuracy
- Work closely with all locations to ensure correctness
- Assists with weekly status reports and monthly closings
- Receives, researches, and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status
- Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating, and entering data
- Preparing reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, leave, and non-taxable wages
- Resolving payroll discrepancies
- Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
Work Schedule – 40 Hours/ Week

Accounts Receivable/ Payroll Teammate Qualifications / Skills:
- Must be organized, detail oriented and with a high level of accuracy
- Must have time management skills and be self-motivated
- Must have strong communication skills, dealing with internal and external customers
Experience and Requirements:
- Accounting degree or 3-5 years of Accounts Receivable/Payroll experience or a combination of the two
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suites
