Location: Crawfordsville, IN
Pay Rate: Up to $31/ Hour
Hours: 40 Hours/ Week
The Systems Group is looking for an energetic individual to be our next Fabricator. We are looking for someone to help in the day-to-day issues that pop up but to also be part of the big picture and contribute to the long-term strategy of our operations across the country. Fabricator Job Responsibilities:
- Able to read fabrication drawings to create pieces to specifications
- Knowledge of rolling plate and bending plate
- Ability to create a cut list
- Layout, fabrication, and assembly of angle iron, I-beams, and various other shaped metals
- Repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts using a cutting torch, straightening press, and other hand tools

Fabricator Job Skills:
- Proficient with math and geometry
- Knows weld symbols
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to read blueprints or drawings
- Ability to understand welding symbols
Experience and Requirements:
- Fabricating & welding in an industrial setting is preferred
- OSHA Approved Met-Guard boots (annual company allowance provided)
- Must be able to weld and pass qualification test coupons during pre-employment test
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
