Hours: 40 Hours/ Week
The Systems Group is looking for an energetic individual to be our Parts Manager. We are looking for someone to help with the day-to-day issues that pop up but to also be part of the big picture and contribute to the long-term strategy of our operations across the country. Parts Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Monitoring the current parts inventory
- Pricing parts to maintain profitability
- Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
- Helping customers find and purchase the correct parts
- Overseeing special orders
- Collaborating with service managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
- Hiring, supervising and training parts department staff members

Parts Manager Job Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Mathematical skills to help manage the inventory, pricing and estimates
- Problem-solving skills to deal with parts inventory issues
- Product knowledge to ensure they identify parts correctly and recommend the needed parts
Experience and Requirements:
- Two years in automotive parts required
- One year of managerial experience required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
