Pipe Foreman – Osceola, AR – Contracting

Location: Osceola, AR

Hours: 60-70 Hours/ Week

The Systems Group is looking for an energetic individual to be our next Pipe Foreman. We are looking for someone to help with the day-to-day issues that pop up but to also be part of the big picture and contribute to the long-term strategy of our operations across the country. Pipe Foreman Responsibilities:

• Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel
• Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members
• Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs
• Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear and procedures
• Developing and managing project budgets and quality standards
• Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably
• Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials
• Ability to read drawings and prints
• Ability to create isometric drawings
• Ability to provide take-offs and material list

Experience and Requirements

• Previous Foreman experience required
• Excellent Safety Record. Safety is our # 1 priority
• OSHA Approved Met-Guard boots (annual company allowance provided)
• Must be able to read Fabrication Drawings
• Experience In Flux Core Mig Welding, Stick Welding, Plazma cutting and Arc Gouging
• Knowledge of Structural fitting and Fabrication
• Some Overtime and Weekend work required
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
