Location: Osceola, AR
Hours: 60-70 Hours/ Week
The Systems Group is looking for an energetic individual to be our next Pipe Foreman. We are looking for someone to help with the day-to-day issues that pop up but to also be part of the big picture and contribute to the long-term strategy of our operations across the country. Pipe Foreman Responsibilities:
- Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel
- Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members
- Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs
- Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear and procedures
- Developing and managing project budgets and quality standards
- Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably
- Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials
- Ability to read drawings and prints
- Ability to create isometric drawings
- Ability to provide take-offs and material list

Experience and Requirements
- Previous Foreman experience required
- Excellent Safety Record. Safety is our # 1 priority
- OSHA Approved Met-Guard boots (annual company allowance provided)
- Must be able to read Fabrication Drawings
- Experience In Flux Core Mig Welding, Stick Welding, Plazma cutting and Arc Gouging
- Knowledge of Structural fitting and Fabrication
- Some Overtime and Weekend work required
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
