What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychiatrists or Nurse Practitioners position at The Table CSA?
The Table Core Services Agency (TTCSA), a growing community mental health provider in Cleveland, Ohio, seeking qualified Psychiatrists and or Nurse Practitioners to join our team. As a Psychiatrist or Nurse Practitioner, you will work with clients in an outpatient setting as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team.

Position: APRN
Reports To: Medical Director
Purpose: Provide psychiatric care to enrolled consumers based on medical necessity.
POSITION RESPONSIBLITIES:
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations. The Psychiatrist is responsible for provide clinical consultation and provisioning of services to all recipients including, but not limited to:
- Adult/child and/or adolescent psychiatric medical provider
- Completes initial and annual diagnostic psychiatric assessments
- Provides medication management
- Completes disability applications as appropriate
- Psychotherapy and medication education as needed
- Review of service quality
- Participate in treatment team meetings and other meetings as necessary
- Assure compliance to all applicable rules, regulations, and policy, including Federal and State Agency.
- Provides training to staff regarding diagnosis and medication if available
- Directs the implementation of approved procedures to achieve the maximum productivity, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Work with the mental health agency to solve day-to-day problems regarding clients and/or their families.
- Provide on-call support to both field and administrative staff
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
- Documents in the EMR within 24 hours of service
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Medical Doctor or Psychiatric Nurse and;
- Graduate of a college or university with an advanced degree in a related medical and nursing field and having one years of supervised clinical experience in psychiatric services;
- Current license in Ohio;
- Current DEA certification;
- Must be paneled with Medicaid and the MCOs insurance;
- Must maintain own liability insurance;
- Must maintain continuing education credits.
