Budtender

Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Budtender to join our dispensary in Sulphur, OK. As a Budtender, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional experience for our customers by helping them navigate our product offerings, answering questions, and making personalized recommendations.

Duties

• Greet customers and assist them with selecting cannabis products based on their preferences and needs.
• Provide detailed information about cannabis products, including strains, consumption methods, and effects.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and dispensary policies regarding cannabis sales.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including product displays and inventory.
• Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and legal requirements.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking products.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, providing education, and offering product recommendations.
• Educate customers on responsible consumption practices and safety.

Skills

*Be at least 18

*Have a credential ID/email or submission
*Have excellent customer service skills
*Be able to work flexible hours (Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays)
*Have basic knowledge of Cannabis or have worked at another Dispensary
*Be able to multitask in a high volume, fast-paced work environment
*Be able to work well with others
*Be able to carry at least 30 pounds

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
