Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operations of multiple locations to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals and drive profitability.
- Monitor profit loss statements, analyze financial data, and make informed decisions to enhance performance.
- Supervise and mentor store managers, providing guidance on best practices in sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on projects and initiatives.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Drive sales initiatives by developing effective marketing strategies tailored to local markets.
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably as a District Manager or similar position within the retail or service industry.
- Strong background in business development, strategic planning, and project management.
