Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. In this role, you will assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals, ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met. You will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers while working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients and cooking of meals according to recipes and menu specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
• Help with food handling tasks, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other cooking tools.
• Support catering events by preparing food items as needed and assisting with setup and service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and quality control throughout meal preparation.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food service operations.

Skills

• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Previous experience in the food industry or culinary environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques are advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality meal preparation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic kitchen setting, contributing positively to team goals.
