This role involves working with power tools and performing tasks that require precision and attention to detail from start to finish. Full-time, Year-round, Mon-Fri. Pay is based on level of experience. Benefit package available at 90 days.

Duties
- Perform cabinet installation and assembly with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot components as needed to meet project specifications.
- Utilize power tools effectively and safely during installation processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Drive small box truck to jobsite daily and replenish supplies as needed
Requirements
- Valid WI Driver’s License with clean driving record in last 5 years
- Proven experience in cabinet installation, woodworking, or related fields.
- Familiarity with construction jobsites is preferred.
- Strong skills in assembling and fabricating components for various installations.
- Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of electrical and lighting systems is a plus .
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Able to lift heavy 50 lbs.
- Daily start time 7 AM - Mon-Fri
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
