Position Summary:
We are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment team and drive the company's talent acquisition strategy. The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment plans, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring the organization attracts top talent. The scope of this role includes internal and external hiring, contractor management and college recruiting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Create employment branding and market our employer value proposition
- Manage the recruitment team and oversee the entire recruitment process
- Create a best-in-class experience for candidates, new hires and managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Develop and document processes and policies to drive consistency and compliance
- Ensure compliance with state and local labor laws and regulations
- Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports on recruitment activities
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures and automate for efficiency
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required Experience:
- 10 years of experience in Human Resources
- 5 years of experience as a talent acquisition manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and current recruiting trends
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS systems
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis.
Qualifications Preferred:
- Master's degree preferred
