Primary Duties:
- Dispatch Management: Assign transport loads and schedule drivers in alignment with client demands, maximizing efficiency and on-time performance.
- Route Planning: Continuously monitor and adjust travel routes based on live conditions like traffic patterns, weather updates, or changes in delivery windows.
- Operational Communication: Act as the go-to liaison for carrier updates, troubleshooting en-route issues, and keeping operations running smoothly.
- Client Support: Work closely with the customer service team to relay vehicle delivery timelines and promptly resolve any client concerns.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain precise logs of trip details, delivery progress, and incidents, while upholding all transportation and safety standards.
- Issue Resolution: Quickly identify and respond to unexpected disruptions such as equipment malfunctions, scheduling conflicts, or route alterations.

Required Background & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, or equivalent field is a plus.
- Experience: At least 5 years in a dispatching role within the auto transport or broader logistics industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using dispatch software, GPS/routing tools, and familiar with transportation industry compliance standards.
