Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at The Talent Chief. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and care of our physical facilities, as well as any repairs or improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage preventive maintenance schedules for facilities and equipment.
- Establish and oversee monitoring and servicing schedules for safety equipment.
- Plan, execute, and/or supervise in-house maintenance, repairs, construction, and remodeling projects.
- SOURCE, EVALUATE, AND MANAGE SUBCONTRACTORS FOR MAINTENANCE, CONSTRUCTION, AND REPAIR WORK.
- Direct snow and ice removal operations to ensure timely completion before business hours.
- Oversee disposal operations, including solid waste, recyclables, and hazardous materials.
- Manage maintenance, and operation of security, alarm, fire suppression, and monitoring systems.
- Develop and maintain a regular cleaning schedule to ensure facilities remain neat, professional, and safe.
- Collect and dispose of trash, replacing liners as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular attendance as an essential job function.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
