Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to manage and optimize inbound warm leads from our organic content channels while driving growth for our educational services. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of medical education by guiding aspiring doctors on their journey. This position offers an exciting opportunity to refine an established sales process during a 60-day ramp-up period and contribute to the success of future physicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and document conversion-driving lead characteristics using CRM systems; apply insights to refine lead generation strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with marketing efforts.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics to leadership.
- Optimize the sales process to enhance conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and achieve core KPIs, including show rate, close rate, time to close, conversion rate, number of calls per month, LTV, and new revenue growth (YoY). Metrics may evolve quarterly.
- Oversee the first three months of customer success, gathering insights for customer interviews and reviews.
