We’re seeking a proactive, strategic, and relationship-driven HR Business Partner to join a high-impact global HR team supporting a forward-thinking Digital & Technology organization.

As an HRBP, you will be a true advisor and collaborator to the business—offering expert guidance on employee relations, organizational design, talent development, and change management. You'll work cross-functionally with centers of excellence (CoEs), talent acquisition, and HR operations to deliver integrated people solutions that support organizational goals and growth.
What You’ll Do
Talent Strategy & Engagement
- Partner with leaders to assess talent, drive succession planning, and champion performance excellence
- Provide consultative guidance on organizational design, career growth, internal movement, and team structures
- Support execution of engagement survey action planning, learning programs, and team development initiatives
- Deliver strategic input to drive inclusion, engagement, and development
Employee Relations & People Advocacy
- Serve as a key advisor to managers and employees on sensitive employee relations matters
- Mediate conflict, enhance team communication, and promote a culture of trust and accountability
- Collaborate with legal partners on employment-related concerns and ensure HR compliance
- Guide performance improvement processes, including coaching, documentation, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure alignment with labor laws, policies, and organizational values
Operational Excellence & Project Work
- Partner with HR peers globally to roll out scalable HR initiatives and people programs
- Leverage data to drive decisions, track progress, and deliver insights that inform the people agenda
- Support internal change and transformation efforts with a solutions-focused mindset
- Take on special projects that elevate the employee experience and drive continuous improvement
What You Bring

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, ideally in a large, matrixed, or tech-forward organization
- Proven success in navigating complex orgs and influencing across levels
- A global mindset and experience supporting geographically dispersed teams
- Solid understanding of HR disciplines, including employee relations, compensation, talent management, DEI, and employment law
- Data-driven with the ability to translate people metrics into strategic actions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Tech-savvy, organized, and action-oriented – able to handle ambiguity with grace
- Must maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Work Model
This role is hybrid with core office presence in Durham, NC. Team collaboration is strongest when we're together, so in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Occasional early mornings or late afternoons may be required to support international stakeholders.
Salary : $25 - $35
