Additionally, the General Manager will play a key role in assisting the development and growth of our catering division, helping to bring the experience to events and gatherings throughout the community.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Direct and motivate a team to uphold our standards of exceptional food and service.
- Operations Management: Hands on with daily operations, from inventory to staff scheduling, maintaining SOP's, ensuring efficiency and compliance with health regulations.
- Customer Experience: Enhance the dining experience through staff training, menu innovation, and maintaining our signature ambiance.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability while maintaining quality.
- Community Engagement: Strengthen our brand in the community through local events, collaborations, and maintaining our historical significance.
- Catering Development: Work to grow our catering division, building partnerships, optimizing processes, and delivering the same exceptional quality and service that defines our in-house dining experience.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in restaurant management, with a preference for those with experience in high-volume, high-quality deli or similar establishments.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record in team leadership, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Passion for Food: Deep appreciation for culinary arts, particularly deli-style cuisine.
- Operational Excellence: Strong background in operational management, including inventory, P&L, and compliance with local regulations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
