The ideal candidate possesses:
- A minimum of 15 years post-college business experience with at least 10 years in top general management, vice-president, or division President position in a franchisee or franchisor restaurant or F&B concept, hospitality, or other multi-site consumer brand known for exceptional guest experience and strong P&L achievement
- A deep appreciation for culture, listens, is curious, and has a disposition that their constituents can trust; by virtue of the President's leadership, the entire organization is aligned and takes pride in being a part of the SB team with the ability to create a strong culture.
- A history of delivering outstanding sales and profit growth through brand building, brand positioning, concept, and product development; experience leading a company
- A visionary leader with a keen sense of brand, takes a marketing-driven approach to build upon and strengthen the brand and its identity in the marketplace.
- Experience building winning teams, mentoring, coaching, and growing functional leaders.
- Relentless drive for operational excellence with a crisp eye on ever-changing approaches to continue to be best in class consistently at the forefront of trends
