This facility is looking for coverage ASAP ongoing
M-F 8a-4p

Minimum length of assignment : 1-2 weeks per month
This facility is losing two full-time providers
Outpatient only
Adults only
14 patients per day
Alzheimer s, Parkinsons, Epilepsy, Fainting, Migraines, MS, Nerve pain, Seizures, Sleep, Stroke, Tremors, EMG, EEG
12 Physician's and 4 APP's in group
Office staff : 2 MA, 2 front desk
EMR : EPIC
30-45 days to privilege
300 per hour with an 8 hour guarantee M-F
