Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, operationalize, and manage Gen AI models
- Design AI architectures and build enterprise-ready AI solutions
- Create Gen AI prototypes and explore new applications
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption
- Provide thought leadership and collaborate with AI research leader
Qualifications :
Graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields
Proven experience in AI, ML, and data science with a strong innovation track record
Proficiency in big data platforms (AWS, Azure, Spark) and ML tools (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Expertise in LLMs , including pre-training, fine-tuning, model evaluation, and AI agent development
Experience with LangChain, RAG, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI , and other cutting-edge frameworks
