You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance testing strategies, ensuring high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test conditions for performance testing
- Execute performance, load, stress, and spike testing
- Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to define testing strategies
- Log and track defects using tracking tools like JIRA & Confluence
- Participate in peer reviews and mentor junior team members
