Senior Data Analyst

Are you an experienced Power BI & Data Analytics professional looking to make a significant impact in a high-growth logistics company? We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence & AI Analytics Expert to lead data-driven decision-making, optimize enterprise BI strategy, and drive innovation. This role reports to the Director of Business Intelligence and plays a key role in shaping the company’s analytics landscape.

What You’ll Do:

Business Intelligence & Analytics Strategy:

• Design and implement enterprise-level BI solutions that align with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to deliver real-time insights.
• Leverage Azure Fabric and other AI-driven tools to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Establish and uphold data governance policies to ensure integrity, accuracy, and security.

Data Management & Reporting:

• Build and optimize scalable data models for efficient reporting.
• Develop ETL processes to integrate data into an Azure-based Data Warehouse.
• Ensure seamless data pipeline integration across multiple business functions.
• Monitor BI dashboards and KPIs to drive continuous business improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Support:

• Work with business teams to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Provide training and documentation to enhance BI adoption across departments.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication of insights.

Technical Expertise & Innovation:

• Develop DAX, M, and SQL queries for advanced analytics and reporting.
• Utilize Power BI Service for report deployment, workspace management, and security.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging BI and data technologies to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Implement automation and AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency.

Advanced Capabilities We’re Looking For:

🔹 Deep expertise in Power BI, Azure Fabric, and AI-driven analytics.

🔹 Strong ability to integrate AI and machine learning into BI solutions, including forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.

🔹 Experience with Azure Machine Learning, AutoML, and Cognitive Services to provide AI-powered insights.

🔹 Ability to develop real-time alerting systems and NLP-based conversational AI for intuitive data interaction.

🔹 Expertise in Power Automate and AI-driven workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven track record in Power BI, DAX, M, SQL, and data visualization best practices.
• Strong experience with Azure Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Copilot.
• Hands-on experience designing scalable data models and ETL pipelines in cloud-based environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage large and complex datasets.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing Power BI deployments, workspaces, and permissions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or Azure Data Engineer Associate certification.
• Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Background in machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce is a plus.
