About the Role
As a Senior QA Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in validating and ensuring the quality of ERP modules, data integrations, and analytics systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise in automated testing, SQL, and data modeling to ensure accuracy and alignment with business requirements. This role provides the opportunity to grow with the project and eventually transition into a permanent position within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and scripts for ERP transformation initiatives.
- Validate data migration, system integrations, and reporting workflows for accuracy and performance.
- Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing of ERP modules.
- Leverage automation tools like Tosca (or other automated testing tools) to streamline testing processes.
- Test and validate reporting and analytics workflows, with Tableau experience as a strong preference.
- Utilize advanced SQL skills to validate data integrity and support data modeling efforts.
- Ensure business and functional requirements are met by testing data beyond predefined test cases.
- Document test results, defects, and quality metrics; provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Work independently, managing deliverables and holding yourself accountable for high-quality results.
- Support initial team setup and contribute to building long-term quality processes.
