Vice President Enterprise Solutions Architecture

The Vice President Enterprise Solutions Architecture is a thought leader within a global leader in digital transformation solutions . This role is responsible for driving critical IT projects on which multiple organizations depend. As a trusted advisor, this leader will serve as a role model for all in the IT, Sales, Product Development, and Technical Support functions.

The individual will collaborate with engineers to design and implement secure product concepts while setting technical standards for the broader technical community and customers. Additionally, this role will focus on architecting secure solutions that incorporate hybrid cloud environments with dependencies on mainframes and integrations across various SaaS business applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow .

This position requires deep expertise in enterprise security, cloud computing, and software engineering while demonstrating exemplary technical leadership and domain expertise in software security.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Lead technical initiatives to success by addressing cyber risks and ensuring solutions meet necessary business, security, and compliance requirements.
Architect and implement secure hybrid cloud solutions , ensuring interoperability with mainframes and enterprise SaaS platforms .
Translate complex technical concepts and explain technical issues to diverse audiences, aligning technology services with business objectives.
Guide business units in secure software development practices to prevent, detect, mitigate, and recover from cyber threats.
Foster open communication across business units and IT teams to enhance knowledge sharing, productivity, and business outcomes.
Evaluate and consult on technical concerns for product developers and engineers, formulating cybersecurity-integrated solutions.
Align IT and product technical roadmaps with enterprise software, infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices .
Champion innovative design thinking in technology projects to drive business transformation and competitive advantage.
Assess and recommend IT technology investments, weighing cybersecurity, scalability, efficiency, cost optimization, and long-term benefits.
Serve as a cybersecurity expert across the technology landscape, including hybrid cloud architectures and mainframe integrations .
Oversee enterprise disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) planning .
Stay ahead of advancements in AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity trends to drive innovation and efficiency.
Maintain an outside-in perspective , continuously monitoring emerging technologies and cyber threats while leveraging industry peer networks.

Required Qualifications :

Minimum of 12 years of code development, enterprise architecture, and engineering experience .

Proven experience in architecting secure hybrid cloud solutions with dependencies on mainframes and integrations across SaaS platforms .

Expertise in secure software development frameworks and cybersecurity risk mitigation.

Strong background in cloud computing security, hybrid cloud integration, and enterprise system architecture .

Track record of software innovation, problem-solving, and delivering complex IT solutions at scale.

Experienced in product and program management with the ability to drive quality, features, and business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications :

Proven success in scaling enterprise technology solutions .

Experience designing cloud-to-mainframe integrations and hybrid IT security architectures .

Advanced degree, such as a Master's in Computer Science, preferred.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline .
