About the Role
As a Principal Developer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing SAP CPI solutions that meet complex business requirements. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with a preference for candidates based near Dallas, TX , or Fort Lauderdale , FL , who can work onsite as needed. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical development efforts, and ensure the sustainability of solutions in a dynamic ERP landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP CPI integrations for S / 4HANA in Logistics, FI, and SuccessFactors.
- Holistically design solutions, considering their impact across the entire enterprise landscape.
- Develop and enhance software applications or integrations by following best practices in software development.
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing integrations and develop test scripts for new applications.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
- Drive the adoption of coding standards, quality assurance processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with third-party development teams and oversee code reviews.
- Participate in Agile teams, driving Behavior-Driven Design (BDD) processes and automation initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality results.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including training materials and process documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
6 years in application development, with a focus on SAP CPI and S / 4HANA implementations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
