Principal Solution Analyst
Location : Fort Lauderdale, FL preferred - Hybrid
Long term Contract assignment
About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Solution Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for designing and configuring Kronos Workforce Dimensions solutions to align with business objectives and optimize workforce management. If you have expertise in Kronos modules, system integrations, and business process automation , we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
Configure and design solutions within Kronos Workforce Dimensions , including :
- Workforce Dimensions Timekeeping
- Workforce Dimensions Accruals
- Workforce Dimensions Absence
- Workforce Dimensions Analytics
- Kronos Reporting & Integration (Dell Boomi Workforce Dimensions Integration Platform)
Act as a liaison between business and IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements (BRD, Functional Specs, User Stories).
Drive process automation and standardization to improve operational efficiency.
Lead the Behavior-Driven-Design (BDD) process to define clear acceptance criteria.
Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and resolution of recurring issues.
Manage project progress, track milestones, and ensure compliance with business processes .
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technology and business needs.
Qualifications & Skills :
5 years of experience in business analyst, SME or technology implementation roles related to workforce management.
Strong knowledge of Kronos Workforce Dimensions and integration platforms (Dell Boomi) .
Experience in Agile, project management principles, and systems development lifecycle (SDLC) .
Strong problem-solving skills with a big-picture thinking approach.
Ability to work independently while leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presence .
Strong understanding of business process automation and data management .
