Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (Travel RN)
Annual Salary : $58 per hour
Location : Greensboro, NC
Job Type : Travel, Full-time
We are urgently seeking a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Telemetry to join our team at the Hospital. This role is crucial for providing high-quality care in our telemetry unit, managing a diverse patient population with varying medical needs.
Day-to-day of the role :
Provide direct nursing care in a medical-surgical setting with telemetry monitoring.
Administer medications, manage IVs, and monitor vital signs.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Respond to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions.
Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and adherence to safety guidelines.
Float as needed and participate in holiday and weekend rotations.

Job Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
Required certifications : BLS; ACLS preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical-surgical and telemetry environment.
Proficiency with EPIC EMR systems.
Ability to pass an EKG exam during onboarding.
Must have a compact RN license and meet all health requirements (COVID-19 and Flu vaccines).
