About Us
We are a growing vegan food delivery business looking for a Marketing and Social Media Project Manager to coordinate and manage our marketing operations . This role requires someone comfortable using spreadsheets, Notion, and other digital tools to streamline workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Project Management – Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across several platforms, showcasing initiative and a results-driven mindset.
- Attention to Visual Detail – Review marketing assets to maintain branding consistency and high-quality presentation across all platforms.
- Campaign Development – Propose creative and data-driven marketing campaigns to expand our reach, and coordinate with team members.
- Data Organization & Performance Analysis – Use spreadsheets & Notion to track marketing performance, analyze trends, and optimize strategies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (or Excel) and Notion, as most of our work is managed there.
- People and project managing skills.
- Strong writing and editing skills with experience in content creation and social media management.
- Marketing experience in digital marketing, branding, or content creation.
- Excellent attention to detail when reviewing branding, visuals, and copy.
- Ability to be available in-person at our Tucson offices.
Preferred (Bonus Skills)
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret marketing data and optimize performance.
- Marketing degree or relevant work experience in social media, content, or project management.
