If so, we’re looking for a Personal Assistant to provide in-person and remote support for a busy business owner who runs multiple ventures, including The Tasteful Kitchen (a vegan food delivery company), a tax business, real estate projects, and more if you are up for it!
Responsibilities (In-Person & Remote)
On-the-Spot Assistance (In-Person Tasks)
- Answering Calls & Customer Support – Handle phone inquiries and assist with general customer service tasks.
- Shopping & Errands – Pick up supplies, groceries, and essential items.
- Administrative Support – Assist with real estate project management, tax business tasks, and Tasteful Kitchen operations.
- Helping the Chef With Notion – Organizing tasks, notes, and schedules digitally.
Remote Assistance (Online Tasks & Digital Organization)
- Spreadsheets & Notion Management – Organize data, schedules, and projects.
- General Online Admin Work – Assist with scheduling, emails, and digital task management.
- Real Estate Support – Help track tasks, manage documents, and coordinate project updates.
Requirements
- Based in Tucson, AZ and available for in-person tasks.
- Reliable transportation (Must have a car).
- Strong organization & multitasking skills.
- Tech-savvy – Familiar with Google Sheets, Notion, and other digital tools (or willing to learn).
- Great communication skills – Friendly, professional, and responsive.
- Proactive mindset – Able to anticipate needs and solve problems efficiently.
- Professional & Friendly – Serve as a reliable and trustworthy point of contact for business operations.
Compensation & Hours
- Part-time role (15-30 hours/week) with flexible hours.
- Hourly pay, based on experience.
