In addition to the above, we look for people that possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the role.
1 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high volume or fine dining setting.
Ability to prepare and serve beverages to guests according to recipes and knowledge of standard cocktails.
Stock/restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice and supplies.
Understands the importance of measuring and consistency.
Effectively service a full bar top, service rail or assigned station per shift.
A general understanding of Food, Liquor, Wine and Beer - with a passion to continue a higher level of understanding on all of these subjects.
Ability to follow and execute steps of service.
Understanding that we are curators of experiences, not order takers.
A drive to be organized.
Ability to maintain menu knowledge - including allergies, restrictions, modifications etc.
An understanding of anticipatory service.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
