Role Overview :
As the Executive Assistant, you’ll provide critical support to the Executive Director, ensuring streamlined operations and efficient management of our strategic initiatives. This role is suited for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in managing complex administrative tasks and contributing to the leadership’s success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administrative Excellence : Manage day-to-day operations for the Executive Director, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Strategic Support : Assist in implementing the strategic plan through meticulous management of communications and logistics for the Executive Council.
- Leadership Collaboration : Serve as a key member of the Staff Leadership Team, contributing to decision-making and organizational strategy.
- Meeting and Event Coordination : Organize and manage logistics for meetings, including taking and distributing minutes, and coordinating travel arrangements.
