Key Responsibilities:
- Baking Operations:

- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to achieve desired results.
- Ingredient Management:
- Work closely with the culinary team to coordinate ingredient sourcing from local farms and suppliers.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
- Quality Assurance:
- Inspect baked goods for quality, taste, and presentation before serving to guests.

- Menu Development:
