What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Staff position at The Tavern on the Traxs?
We are a new business in the heart of Auburn, Alabama projecting to open in the next month and half and looking for people to help us start off our business. We are beyond excited to start this journey and looking for some individuals to help us out!
As a dishwasher/ cook your duties and responsibilities include assisting cooks in the preparation of meal ingredients, helping other staff with unloading food items from delivery trucks, and washing and drying the utensils, dishes, and cookware. Kitchen helpers are also responsible for removing and replacing garbage bags and storing ingredients and food supplies in compliance with food safety standards. Dishwashers also will have other duties as assigned like helping to run food on busy nights and assisting bartenders in restocking fridges, etc.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
