Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner, take messages, and provide information as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Act as a liaison between clients, customers, and staff members
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
This position is 16 hours a week. Schedule can be determined at hire, however, Sunday (8 hrs) will be required. The other eight hours could be Saturday or two evenings during the week.
