Duties/Responsibilities:
- Inspect lift trucks to determine the extent of repairs.
- Unload the burning table.
- Clean, grind, and assign part number to all burned parts.
- Check all burned parts for possible bends. Bend as required.
- Check all burned parts for possible bevels. Bevel with hand torch or track torch as required.
- Deliver parts to inspection when complete.
- Burn all scrap material (skeletons) to desired lengths and deliver them to scrap hopper.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must have ability to operate hand torch and track torch.
- Must have ability to operate brake press.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Previous forklift experience preferred.
